Terms of Use
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Insurance Inventory 360 LLC ("ii360", "II360", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Insurance Inventory 360 service, including our website and web application (the "Service"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ii360 lets you upload a video walkthrough of a property and uses automated analysis to generate an itemized inventory — including item descriptions, proof images, and estimated replacement values — that you can review, edit, organize, and export for your own records and insurance purposes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. One account is associated with one email address. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may sign in with Google or an email and password.
4. Plans, upload limits, and billing
The Service offers tiered plans (Free, Homeowner, Property Manager, and Business). Plans differ by the number of video uploads allowed per 12-month period; an upload counts when a video begins processing, and failed uploads do not count. A Free plan's period begins on your first upload; a paid plan's period begins when you buy it. Prices are shown in the Service and on our website, in US dollars.
Paid plans renew automatically. A paid plan is billed in advance for each 12-month period, through our payment processor, Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. At the end of each period it renews automatically, and we charge its price to your payment method until you cancel auto-renewal. Before you pay, we show you the plan, its price and the renewal terms, and you agree to them by ticking a box; those terms form part of these Terms. We email you 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before each renewal.
Cancelling auto-renewal, and refunds. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in Settings, without contacting us. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and it then does not renew. We do not offer refunds, including for any unused part of a period. If you move to a larger plan during a period, you are charged the difference for the time remaining, and your renewal date does not change.
Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your renewal, so you can cancel auto-renewal first.
When a plan ends.
- A paid plan that ends, because auto-renewal was cancelled or a renewal payment could not be collected, becomes a Free plan for 12 months from the day it ends, and your data is kept. If it ended because a payment could not be collected, uploads stay paused until you buy a plan again. If a renewal payment fails, we will tell you and keep trying for a time, and you keep your plan while we do.
- A Free plan, or a plan we gave you at no charge, that ends without an upgrade lapses: uploads are paused, and you can still view and download your inventory for 90 days, after which the account and its data are permanently deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your content and the license you grant us
You retain all ownership of the videos, images, and inventory data you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant ii360 a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, analyze, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service to you — including sending your videos to our AI provider for analysis (see Section 6) and sharing Your Content with collaborators you invite.
You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that doing so does not violate the law or any third party's rights. Do not upload video of property or premises you do not own or lack permission to record.
6. AI-generated estimates — important limitations
The inventory items, descriptions, and replacement-value estimates produced by the Service are generated by automated systems (including Google's Gemini API) and are provided for your convenience only. They are estimates, not appraisals, valuations, or professional advice, and they may be incomplete or inaccurate.
ii360 is not an insurance company, insurance adviser, appraiser, or broker, and nothing in the Service is insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and verifying your inventory before relying on it — including before submitting it in connection with any insurance policy or claim. We do not guarantee that any insurer will accept or act on an inventory created with the Service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- upload content depicting property or people without the necessary rights or permissions;
- attempt to access other users' data, circumvent security or usage limits, or disrupt the Service;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its underlying systems.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Infrastructure and third-party services
The Service runs on Google Cloud Platform, operated by Google LLC, a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc., and uses other third-party providers (including Google Firebase, the Google Gemini API, Vercel, SendGrid, and Stripe, which processes payments). Our website also uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure its use and the performance of our advertising, as described in our Privacy Policy, where you can also opt out of advertising cookies. The physical, network, and infrastructure security and availability of Google Cloud is Google's responsibility and is governed by Google's own terms.
ii360 is not responsible or liable for any security breach, unauthorized access, service outage, or data loss that originates from, is caused by, or occurs within Google Cloud or its underlying infrastructure. To the extent any such incident is attributable to Google Cloud, your sole and exclusive recourse is with Google / Alphabet under their applicable terms, and not with ii360 or Insurance Inventory 360 LLC. Your use of third-party sign-in and services is also subject to those third parties' own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any estimate or output will be accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ii360 and Insurance Inventory 360 LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ii360 and Insurance Inventory 360 LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time in Settings. If you have a paid plan, cancelling your account also cancels its auto-renewal, and no refund is given for the rest of the period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maine, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
